The Enrych Assist referral pathway:

Our PA service is available to people who have a personal budget from their local authority, or people who fund their own service.

If you are being assessed for a personal budget, we can start working with you once your budget has been agreed, you have been assessed through Fairer Charging and your Support Plan has been agreed.

If you are funding the service yourself, we can start working with you as soon as we have received a completed referral form.

Once we have received your referral, your local Enrych Assist manager will contact you to explain the unique aspects of the Enrych service and how that service can best be tailored to meet your needs. We will talk to you about your specific requirements including what support you would like, on what days, what particular skills or interests your PA will need. You can ask any questions and we will help complete any necessary paperwork with you.

We will then make arrangements for a visit where you can meet your potential new PA. If you and the PA are both happy to proceed, you then complete a Service Level Agreement and we set a start date.

Your PA is supervised and supported by Enrych throughout the time they are supporting you.
