Here is how the Open Day went and here's a little more information on what we will be hosting.
Enrych are pleased to be teaming up with Falcon Support Services to open the George Smith Hub, a new community hub in the center of Coalville.
The new hub will host a variety of activities and services run by the two charities as well as a community café.
The name derives from the local philanthropist, George Smith who spent his time working to better the lives of local people in and around Coalville. It is that same ethos that drives both charities forwards.
We are also working alongside Hugglescote, Donington Le Heath and Coalville Community Hub who will be running the Community Cafe every day 10-4pm.
The press and public were invited to the grand opening of the George Smith Hub on 5th May 2022. The opening on the 5th May was a success where many people from the local area came along to see what is coming up in the George Smith Hub.
Enrych’s CEO, Liz Rickaby said ‘We are pleased to be working in partnership with Falcon to provide the community in Coalville with a great space in which they can access a range of services as well as providing a relaxing and welcoming space in which to socialise’.
